What type of plugs are being used to rewire your car ? Any sources that have low price's for a good plug ? I have used Duetsch connector's. They are expensive and can be difficult with 14 gauge wire to assemble.

I buy after market stuff from different suppliers depending on the "job" they have to do.  I do not like to put connectors in line unless absolutely required.  Just one extra chance for a failure down the road.  If the job requires a connector I try to use OEM Ford.  Easy to take apart and connect your new wires to.

I have been pricing out harness connectors. They are high and sell in quantity. The spades and pins for the plugs are cheap. My local salvage yard has a pile of cars to be crushed. I'm sure I can get a good deal on late model connectors. Take them apart and crimp/solder new pins and sockets to the wire's to make a clean looking job.
