When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Oh yes, I clearly remember that day! I had put the cars in winter storage when the lift with the wgn collapsed and smashed my little bug...   :002: :005:

Were all Edsel dealers stand alone? Never thought about it befoe. I just assumed they were attached to Ford or Lincoln / Mercury dealers.

Apparently it varied Rich; sorry, but I couldn't find much info other than some ads and pics. Some where of independent Edsel Dealers, and some were Ford, Lincoln-Mercury dealerships:

A very talented friend of mine built and restored this Comet FX car.... the owner lives about an hour east of me(everyone lives an hour from me!)

It now lives in the Southern States.

Test day...... these were handed out for a huge road test to Journalist and engineers.... only 1 failed
GM's misinformation worked very well....
