Voltage reg, blue or black

Afternoon,
Whats the correct voltage regulator for your average 57 town sedan  (292 yblock)?   The black cover 35, or the blue 25-30?  ...and why?  Will the blue 30amp work, or does it need to be the 35?

my apparently all og 57 Country Sedan has a black one.

My original was black, but replaced it with the Blue one, I pulled the cover off and painted it black and added the sticker.

When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Originally black.  Either amp will work.
57 E Code Black 76B   55 Willys Aero   63 Rivera   99 Lightning  1- XK8 Convs.   05 Vanden Plas  etc.
