New old guy with a 57 ranchero

Hi everyone  i recently bought a 57 ranchero,  I have always had like for 57 fords. My cousin had a 57 2 door post with a 390 3 speed on the floor kinda a rough car but it was our ride back and forth to work everyday that was back in 84. I also have a passion for customs so when this custom ranchero  came up for sale  I had to have it.

Well Im in Ontario  Canada . I never received much history on the ranchero when i bought it. It was born in California  ,it crossed over into Canada in 83. From what i can tell it was customized in the 60s, judging by some of its parts. Im told its a 312 but? It has 3 2s  fenton headers ,mallory ignition  and a four speed transmission.  The hood and tailgate are louvered, 55 desoto grill,58 edsel taillights and shaved handles would like to find out more history on the car . If anybody can help it would be appreciated  Thanks
