Button caps for wood grain trim

Does anyone have a source for the stainless button caps that are used to fasten the wood grain trim on a country squire?

Industrial electrical suppliers have a bunch of stainless plugs of a bunch of different sizes to close off holes in electrical panels that are empty.  Might even find them at a big box lumber yard (Lowes, Home Depot, etc).

I believe that Restoration Specialties and Supply    814 467 9842  has what you need. On page 157 of their 2016 Catalog  Part #  9275BUT   $3.50 each. Their description is as follows: " Ford Country Squire Station Wagon Wood Trim Button Set. Includes Stainless Steel Cap, Socket, Screw and Well Nut"
