Found this today in the October 1957 Motor Life magazine.  The company was Newhouse Automotive, Los Angeles, California
1957 Custom 300 - since 2012 SOLD 2024
1951 Mercury M3 - since 2004
1951 Ford F1 - since 1987
1950 Ford Tudor - since 2019
2009 Sport Trac Adrenalin

I remember seeing those on some cars in the 50s.   IMHO They were not very popular.

When you see these 4 light conversion in person you realize how ugly they were, 58 fenders were a tad wider to accommodate the 2 lights.
