Crossmember nuts

When I removed my crossmember a couple of the nuts in the frame rail dropped into the frame, and I haven't been able to fish them out. Does any one know of a source for these, or maybe a suitable substitute I can tack in there?

You may ask a good industrial hardware store about Nut serts. They used to sell a kit to install nuts
into flat steel. It be worth a try. I think my new crossmember came with self tapping bolts.

Thanks for the tip Ron! I just did a quick search for nut serts and found a bunch of suppliers online, and I can think of a place or two around here that might carry something similar.
