Doesn't answer your question, but I made my own with Aerquip braided stainless. 40k miles, no issues.

I ordered lines from a Mustang parts house for the AOD in the Ranchero.  They were for a 71 - 73 351C/AOD equipped Mustang.  Lines fit perfect with only slight "tweak's" at the radiator.
