Need a Clutch Release Lever Return Spring

Does anyone know where I can find a clutch return spring? I can't find one anywhere. If not the exact spring, is there another one close to the same size and amount of tension available?  Part #B7A-7523-A
I still have the original but thought a new one might be better. The car has 39000 miles on it. Any info greatly appreciated.

If you can find a true hardware store or even  a "Tractor Supply " they usually have a assortment of springs.
