How does one decode the 3" round paper tag mounted with a generator bracket bolt on a Y Block?

Posting a picture of my original tag and the replacement I made from gasket material. I'm sure very few are left on engines.  There was one in the engine decal kit I purchased but it is only made of paper, didn't survive long and was not like original.  Anyone.

There is a DEALER or PRODUCTION LETTER (TSB of the period) that gives you that info.
