high winds

It started last night, crazy wild wind. 60 to 75+ mph, it is the wrong time of the year for wild fires but we have 3 going about  50 miles from me. I know of 4 homes lost and 1 death. This thing is pretty much state wide, our daughter and husband live about 200 miles north of us and they lost a barn and 2 big grain bins. On the news tonight it showed the wind blowing big round bales around in a field, most of the time these bales weigh  between 1200 and 1500 lbs.  We can't blame Joe for this one but I would like to.

We've had sme winds here as well in SW MO...but not like that...yet...

We have a lot of wind here in the mid-atlantic, luckily no big fires.
