New Year's Eve Cruise on Colorado Blvd, Pasadena

Does anyone know if there is going to be a cruise on Colorado Blvd on December 31, 2021?  I know there is a low rider cruise in the evening but I have also heard that can be a little rowdy, with silly string and water balloons being thrown around.  Not interested in that but just a fun cruse down the Blvd during the day.  I went once, and it was a good time!
