Some '57 at the grand national roadster show this weekend
Do you have the wagon, but missed the driving time so I parked at the Sheraton
Good show.  I picked up a 57 tailgate to clean up for my wagon.  It was a prearranged drop off.

I thought that the yellow Ranchero was cool,.....until I seen ANOTHER stupid Chevy LS engine masquerading as a Ford Y Block.

It really is a beautiful car, but yeah it could have been so much cooler with a real y-block, or even a coyote if they were going for a more modern powerplant.

Sweet rides, Abe ! Especially like the golden/beige/greyish metallic Ranchero. color and style of wheels/tires are really cool imho. That grill insert in the 58 also works great! Olds headlight rims on the 55 are very clever as well ! Neat and tidy details that really make those cars stand out.

Is it just me or does the 55 have 57 70A side trim?

Terry. Yeah looks like 57 side trim. I thought it was interesting.   
That was the gag on the yellow Ranchero.  It's by Brizio hotrods. Uber clean.  I forgot to check to see if it has springs in the hood or not.
Fun show. A  of international car entries.  A few Swedish.  Some Japanese.
