I know this is a bit off the beaten path of discussions but...
Ran into a guy this weekend at the Route 66 car show in Springfield MO. He has a rat rod he built using what ever he had laying around or could scavenge from buddies. One of the ways he fixed metal damage was to use various license plates from around the country. Now it has become an unintended theme for the car...license plates from all around. He is trying to get at least one from each state.
I know he needs Maine and Alaska. But he said even duplicates of what he has would be welcome. So...if anyone has some laying around and would like to get them out of the shop...let me know and you can send them to me, then I'll call him and we can meet and I'll turn them over to him.
Thanks guys!  Later...Hugh

When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Interesting. Never heard of that site. I'll pass it on to him. Thanks!
