Fordomatic Shifter bushing

I need the shifter bushing and grommet for a 1957 Fairlane 500 with Ford-o-matic.  The original part number is B7AZ 7343-A.  The parts book shows that this fits both the standard and automatic in 1957-58.  A search for that part number brings up a bushing part number C3TZ 7343-A. Has anyone used the C3TZ part?  Is is a replacement or is the fitment wrong?
