a few years back I installed a electric antenna,  for some reason I couldn't get all the radio stations,  posted it on this forum an no one came up with any answers what might be wrong,  OK,  most car shows are over an I have lots of time on my hands,    so I got to thinking,  maybe its a ground problem,  so today I tried to install it again,   I wire brushed the inside of the fender with a air grinder,    used some dye electric on all metal surfaces,    ho0oked it all up,  an I've never had this happen before,  it  worked,  no problems,  never had that happen
