"Moose Jerky" I'll take the steaks any day over beef, probably the best, prime meat you could ever eat! Hands down!

Joe, I have had a couple of moose in my freezer, and yes they are very good eating. how ever I would never tell one of my Montana rancher friends they were better than beef.

Shootin' a cow moose is usually illegal & come with some pretty tough penalties here. We ate plenty of moose when I was young. In his old age my ol' man said that he was sorry about killin' them & some other critters when they were just "out there tryin' to make a living".

You probably see other critters down there but hardly anything quite this. Sorry, not an old Ford in sight. : (

Yeah, now all you will see is a Bi racial,same sex couple, loading up the SUV for a trip to a the park.
1959 Meteor 2 door sedan , 428 Cobra Jet 4 speed. Been drag racing Fords (mostly FEs) 47 years and counting.
Previous 50s Fords include 57 Custom 4 door, 2 57 Ford Sedan Deliveries, 59  Country Sedan, and as a 9 year old, fell in love with the family 58 2 door Ranch Wagon.
