....and Extremely rare too!
When I was 14 years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned 21, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last 7 years!

Thats quite the fabricated exhaust manifold on that tractor.
1959 Meteor 2 door sedan , 428 Cobra Jet 4 speed. Been drag racing Fords (mostly FEs) 47 years and counting.
Previous 50s Fords include 57 Custom 4 door, 2 57 Ford Sedan Deliveries, 59  Country Sedan, and as a 9 year old, fell in love with the family 58 2 door Ranch Wagon.

Yeah, took a lot of square tubing.  Good job though.

That Grabber blue Boss 429 was always parked near the bottom of Richards or Homer St. I believe the owner was the bar manager of one of those seedy bars down in that area, Cobalt maybe? I had left him a few "do you want to sell" messages on his windshield but never heard back. Moving ahead to 1978 my Boss was in at John Halls Car Craft in North Van who was owned by Dave Dunbar for o-ring replacement and low and behold the blue one was in there at the same time for the same issue. Dave was such a remarkable guy with stories from the old Trans-Am days when they raced the Boss 302. Last I heard, and this 30+ years ago Ray Burkenbose? bought the car and restored it. He is a  Mopar guy but had an attachment for the Hemi Ford.

Dave was a customer of mine and a very loyal Quaker State supporter.  Les Moon who raced a Boss 302 with him married our neighbours daughter, so we would see it on the trailer when they were passing through Mission City.
