To move some of the stuff out of my main garage. As you can see in the pic, it gets pretty tight in their when the vehicles are parked:

And how did the neighbor we spoke about take this new addition? Hopefully he has learned to keep his nose on his side of the fence.

Hugh, fortunately, there was nothing he could do about it, as it was on the back and no where's near his "right of way".
Rich,@ 66, I really am done. As far as the 'Vette, it's going to be a Restomod. I talked a good friend into making it what "He" wants it to be. It's not a numbers matching car, so it's got a chassis being built for it and it's got a 475 HP fuel injected SBC w/ a 5 speed Tremec.
Color is going to be a Mercedes Silver. We are going to put the "61 Cove Moldings and Side Spears on it so the cove is probably going to be white.
He asked me to help him get the body cut to fit the new chassis and do the glass work and help him get the project done; in return, he built the addition for me.
That's why I stopped working on my GT; I just couldn't pass up the offer.
That being said, yesterday I delivered it to the body shop, so I have some time to get back on mine; well, at least until the chassis shows up.

It's officially delivered to the body shop; Now I can get 0nto work on my GT!!

Just went to update the work I managed to get done on my '68 this week but never realized I hadn't posted pictures of the door install from 2 weeks ago...

Well, spent a week on wiring the '68...took a bit to remember where I left off and what was completed, but managed to figure it out.
Ran into a problem with marker lights and turn signals. The right front marker would go out when the left rear directional was on for some reason?
Figured I had a bad ground so played with that for a bit but didn't really correct the problem, anyways, long story short, (literally) one of the taillights was factory crimped and heat shrunk in the harness was loose. Took me two days to find and correct it as I started disconnecting my soldered connections until I found it and then had to re do them.
Anyways, it's all back together and working finally. I got the AC wiring, Trinary/fan switch, heater, all 4 of the headlights and dimmers, turn signals, flashers, brakes, wipers, washers, ignition, MSD, Dakota Digital Gauges, etc... all completed.
The only thing I think left is the ignition switch. I was de-pinning the original switch from the factory harness so that I could use the OG connector, ( I did the same on the headlights and wipers) but it so so brittle from the heat that it just crumbled. I ended up ordering one from Amazon Wednesday because I figured it would be quick, sadly it's tied up in the USPS and now showing a delivery date of the 31st for some reason.

Here are some progress pics:

Finished wiring up the stereo and amplifier today; I didn't want it to overheat, so I put it in the trunk rather than under the seat.

I ran the power supply to the battery through the inner fender along the AC line through the firewall and down the passenger side sill with the speaker wires:

I ran the amp control wire and the speaker RCA's down the driver side with the rear wiring harness:
