In all seriousness, I hope that you took pictures of everything before taking your custom apart, and I also hope that you have some sort of a system for storing all of the clips, screws and parts.  Try to designate  one location where you will keep everything.

Since your shop seems filled already, depending on your town laws maybe you could buy a van or car to store all of the 57 parts in and lock it up when not in use.  Do you have some place where you can hide a truck box like the ones that I use?

These are just a few suggestions because you can spend a lot of time looking for stuff when It's time to reassemble everything..  Jay

I have EVERYTHING in containers, small bags and labelled.I took pics of everything I took apart from this car.All screws, clips and various small parts.I even kept cracked useless rubber parts, labelling them.I also keep all parts together in order(interior-dash-engine bay, etc, etc.)I think about 25-35% of the parts i have kept will end up eventually in the trash. But i kept all for a visual diary for re-assemble.(With loads of pics.)
Unfortunately,I cannot have any containers, truck or van boxes on the property,The County,a dick head neighbour and my wife would be the reasons.
My Shop is 28 deep and nearly 40 across. It's truly near full capacity.I did plan at one time to extend the shop or build another building on our property, but I am trying to get rid of bills, mortgage and financial headaches.Doing another building would set me back at least 40-50k.(Unless I hire the Mennonites, which is half the cost)
Either way,That ain't gonna happen.
The big plastic containers are a very good idea, something about 3x4 with a locking lid may do the trick.

One Thing I must say..HOTROD DONNIE has been EXTREMELY helpful during all this.. very good to have a pal close by who has gone thru all of this.

So I guess this will be the start of my build thread, Get your No-Doze ready,This is gonna be a while.

You will never regret keeping things organised and taking pictures of everything.  It's going to make life a whole lot easier when you start looking for stuff when the time comes to put things back on the car.  I like the way you have  had those pieces in the pictures blasted.

Did your car have one of those V things on it for grounding out the  hood? Jay

Really looks nice, but a lot of work also. Here is a picture of min e as I was getting ready to paint. Never took a pic after I painted it . I came out decent. I used acrylic lacquer.
