The brown and white 58 in front reminds me of the 58 my father bought new trading in his 57 on it.He bought the 58 off the showroom floor 2 weeks before the 59s came out. I never got a chance to drive his 57 but got my licence on his 58 in june of 1959. The 58 was a 332 4 barrel with auto/trans, wasn't much off the line but nothing caught it on top end as I proved several time late at night on the newly opened interstate 95 here in CT.

The one that got away.... I was a local friends party (car folks) and this Meteor Ranchero was there in the lot.... super clean and cheap...I should have bought it...I wonder where it is today..... about 6 years ago..... Super rare Canadian car..... I could be wrong.. but I heard under 1000 were built. This was a super clean 292/3 speed car.
