them there cars weren't made to backup

That my friend pretty much sums up the problem!

Let me grab the shop fork lift and lift it back on the ramps by lifting under the fuel tank.

Hey it's only a Daytona, No way it could ever be worth MILLIONS!

That's a great photo of yesteryear.

Nobody wanted "yesterdays" race cars; rumor had it they couldn't even give them away once the GT program started and they didn't even want to spend the money to bring them home from Le Mans.

When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Yea...there is one buried on an island in the river near my shop. Property owner is an ^ss though, and won't let anyone even think of pulling it out of there. It is in remarkably decent shape still too.

I'll probably get smited for this. :(
Sorry Joe, but that ain't a Ford pickup!
The shape of the cowl is all wrong. Still thought at first it might have been a 1926-'27 T but they don't have that forward sweep of the inside front fenders. With those long frame horns it must have parallel leaf front springs instead of a single transverse spring.  Wrong bumper too if that even means anything.
Going by that upward curved sweep just ahead of the door I think it might be about a 1919-'23 Dodge.

I agree.  I'll admit I have a hard time with the older stuff, and the majority of the older pictures have a mix of brands, but what about to the right?

Sounds like they are saying how many still exist, wonder how many were actually built?

And those were drum brakes on all 4 corners too. Imagine stopping that bad puppy with some serious disc brakes in front..or maybe all 4 corners!
Nice ride...I'd like to have one today!
