Remember the original Vegas? This guy must have thought there was a turntable inside to spin his car around so he could just drive back out.

When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Strange, I thought of Yosemite!

Oasis......gotta be the most used name ever for bars. I wonder what year that pic was taken, the '57 looks to be already chewed up with rust.

the front piece on the side molding fell off?

Couldn't have been too old of a pic at the time it was taken...nothing else in the pic looks all that newer. Couple of winters on salted winter roads with no washing would do the job on the car.
Looks like the grill is missing too...maybe has already had a case of molecular rearrangement of front sheet metal at some point? Would explain molding missing.

It looks like the molding extends all the way up to the edge of the door, like something the owner has done. With palm trees in the background that car should not be rusty, unless it spent a couple winters in the rust belt. Compare this truck stop Oasis to the travel Plazas they have today, their massive.

True...if this is it's home. I figured it was on a vacation trip...
