RICH MUISE

Not to get redundant with this subject, but I think it needs to be seen.
I've approved 11 new members in the past few days, and not one has come on the forum. That makes me wonder if there are issues I have no way of seeing/knowing about. Obviously, since this moderator stuff is new to me, I'm really concerned maybe I haven't done something correctly. On the sticky thread on this subject, some of the old members posted log in issues with a cure for it, so I'm hoping that was seen by the new guys.
SO............... NEW MEMBERS PLEASE LOG ON AND AT LEAST LET US KNOW YOU WERE ABLE TO DO IT.
Apparently, the log in button next to where you type your password is inactive. you need to use the log in button a little below that area in dark blue

If you haven't been able to log on, you can send me an email at richardmuise@yahoo.com      If you do that, make sure you include the forum "tag" you are using so I'll know who you are.

thanks for the add, my first car was a custom 300, worked on it more than drove it!

RICH MUISE

Welcome to the forum, Milton. I guess I got at least one new member done correctly, lol.
Lots of friendly, knowledgeable guys here. Any questions, just ask away, or if you feel like being gabby about your ride/project.......we like that too!
Any trouble logging in to the forum. Some of the guys, like Gerry in the above post, have had some problems logging on.

Rich, let's remind our new members that they will have to either use the little 'login' button in the blue highlighted line on the entry page or use this direct link for login:

( sorry guys, the direct login entry on the main page does not work at this time)

Welcome aboard J. !
Absolutely Beautiful Fairlane, but then again, I'm kinda partial.   :003:

I scored it for a steal, and am slowing fixing it up under the hood. Un-rigging everthing, and replaced hoses and vacuum lines and rebuilt the carb. Runs like a champ. Just about every system works perfectly except the radio and clock.

RICH MUISE

One of the guys here not too long ago had a thread on how to repair the clocks. Radio is a different story. probably best way to go is sending it to a company that restores the outside if needed, and replaces the insides with new electronics.

That's a nice looking car and welcome to the site.  If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask.
If it is about a  57 Ford , someone here must have done it and can help.

djfordmanjack

welcome to our group !
Here is a link to where I rebuild the clock.
