Dutch:  (vuile wagen) Dirty cars/wagons (leven niet lang) Don't live long
When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Exactly !

I find it highly interesting reading and listening to Dutch. The language itself apears to be a mixture of mainly German origins and English and French and some other influences. Which is hardly surprising, considering their neighbors and trading and seafaring traditions.

Vuile Wagens leven niet lang. Dutch
Dreckige Wagen  leben nicht lang. German

You can actually see that Vuile must be of French or Skandinavian origins and look at how the plural of WagenS uses the English S.
Listening to Dutch people I can actually understand quite a lot. Even better with reading.

Vile wagons live not long? I'd bet that "vile" has an origin based in Latin.

Can't put my finger on it...but there is something about that era of T-Birds that always made me smile and feel good. Just liked them. Still do.

Ford Blue blood

The "Bullet" Bird is my favorite as well.  I like the 62 because it is the cleanest looking of the three years.  This one was finished in 05 and I still regret letting it go.  Just got offered way too much for it....
