It is Oren Prosser at Riverside International Raceway; in 1967 Riverside hosted the inaugural Permatex 100 for late models the day before the 500. Many of the cars were from late 1950s through early 1960's  and the winner was Oren Prosser.
The women is actress Lara Lindsay who helped publicize the race with some great promo pictures. She was also in victory lane with Prosser and Parnelli following their wins.

The lady has a strong resemblance to Jackie. Had to take a second look.  I don't think the Kennedy clan was into racing, maybe on water.

Funny story Rich,.. my grandfather worked indirectly for the Kennedy clan in the prohibition years.. running booze from Montreal down into the states....He was a driver.

Yes, Permatex 100, I don't know why I said 300, old age brain fart. I went to every Riverside race until it closed..
